Forward Deployed Engineer
Work directly with customers to ship AI agents end-to-end. You'll scope the problem, build the solution, deploy it, and own the outcome. Half engineering, half consulting — zero hand-waving.
What you'll do
- —Embed with client teams to understand workflows, data, and constraints
- —Build and ship production AI agents in 10-day sprints
- —Wire into CRMs, ERPs, telephony, and internal APIs
- —Own metrics: deflection rate, latency, cost per interaction
Voice AI

AI Voice Orchestration Engineer
Design and build real-time voice pipelines — from telephony ingress to LLM orchestration to speech synthesis. Sub-200ms is the bar. You'll work across ASR, TTS, SIP, WebRTC, and streaming inference.
What you'll do
- —Build low-latency voice pipelines (ASR → LLM → TTS) under 200ms p95
- —Implement barge-in, turn-taking, and multi-language call handling
- —Manage SIP trunks, PSTN routing, and WebRTC bridges
- —Fine-tune and deploy custom voice models for Indian languages
